Easy Tiger Holdings LLC, (“Easy Tiger”, “we”, “us”, “our”) values your privacy, and we are committed to protecting your personal information. 

SECTION 1 – PERSONAL INFORMATION

You may browse our website (“Site”) without registering. When you browse our Site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Whenever you make a purchase, or create, register, or edit an account on our Site, you must provide some basic personal information (“Personal Information”), such as your name, email address, and password. In order to make a purchase, you must provide us with your credit card, debit card, or other type of acceptable payment information along with your billing and shipping address information. While you are free to choose not to provide this information, without it, we cannot provide you with any of our products. Please safeguard your password and all personal information to avoid the risk of your private information being used by others without your consent, and any potential liability for the unauthorized use of our Site or your account.

If you sign up to receive newsletters or news from us, we will record personal information such as your name and email address so we can send you the correspondence requested. We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 3 – SHOPIFY

Our Ecommerce Store Site is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online platform that allows us to sell products to you.

SECTION 4 – DATA STORAGE, PAYMENTS AND SECURITY

GENERAL DATA: To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: FOR SHIPPING PAYMENTS, SHOPIFY STORES YOUR CREDIT CARD DATA. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our Site and its service providers.

Easy Tiger does not store any credit card data on its own servers. 

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We work with third parties to help provide you with our services and we may share Personal Information with them to support these efforts. In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

Easy Tiger uses cookies to help recognize you as a repeat visitor and improve the quality of our service. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of our customer communications and marketing campaigns.

If our Site is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
